Our story begins in Antibes, where we had the privilege of learning from Jean-Paul Veziano, the master baker behind one of the town's beloved century-old bakeries. He passed down to us the beauty of doing things the right way — with patience, tradition, and a deep respect for the craft. Today, we carry that savoir-faire with us at OHLALA, still baking with the same 53-year-old yeast culture that has been at the heart of his breads for decades.
